1. A valuation to check that you are paying a "Fair Price".
2. A survey to check the property over for any defects that you should know about before you commit.
3. An insurance re-build cost calculation.
4. We are then on hand to discuss the findings of the survey and advise on how to proceed.
For an additional fixed fee of £125 we also offer a "Hand Holding" service where we advise you throughout the buying process. We are on hand to discuss any concerns and give advice on how to proceed, how to handle Lawyers and Estate Agents.
We are totally impartial, we have our client's best interests at heart and will advise accordingly. Most importantly we are not trying to sell you anything other than carefully considered, no nonsense property advice.
